Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting the artwork of Michael David Clarke. Each piece is created with care and passion, and your satisfaction is important. Please read the policy below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on non-custom items (such as prints, books, and non-commissioned products) within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Returned in their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Original artwork or one-of-a-kind pieces
• Commissioned/custom work (including personalised artwork or special requests)
• Digital downloads (if applicable)

Please double-check your order and ask any questions before purchasing custom pieces.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email michaeldavidclarke1984@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make things right, whether through a replacement, store credit, or refund. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
